About

About LexMosaic

Who we are, how we work, and how to join — as an observer or a member.

A network assembled from many hands

LexMosaic is a network of independent law firms across Europe — built without a head office, a president, or a hierarchy. We believe good firms, given the right tools and a fair way to decide together, achieve more side by side than alone, while keeping every ounce of their independence.

What we do

  • Know who you refer to. Members get to know the firms closest to each jurisdiction — their people and real strengths — so cross-border referrals go to someone they trust. No fees, no strings.
  • Build with technology. Members propose and join projects that weave technology and AI into the daily practice of law.
  • Speak to Brussels together. Members track the legislation that matters and draft joint, properly mandated positions — one considered voice instead of many isolated ones.

A different way to decide

LexMosaic has no board and no council. Inspired by liquid democracy, power is exercised directly through votes — and our votes are a mosaic: not a blunt yes or no, but strong support, support with reservations, maybe, or why not. Each firm’s voice is gently weighted by how much it takes part, always within a cap so no one can dominate.

Join us

Become an observer. Anyone can sign in and explore the network as an observer — browse what’s happening and get a feel for how it works. Observers don’t vote, post, or see members’ contact details, but they are welcome to look around and add their firm profile.

Become a member. Full membership is by invitation of the members themselves: an existing member proposes your firm, and the network votes. Once admitted, your firm can post, vote, cooperate, and help shape every joint position.

Curious? Sign in to observe, or ask a member to propose your firm. Welcome to LexMosaic.
